Clubhouse/Dining Attire: |
I. |
Wearing
appropriate attire by members and their guests is required by the Club Code of
Conduct. Appropriate wear for Golf and Tennis are defined under those sections
of this book. We encourage Members and their guests to dress for the occasion
and be mindful when selecting attire. |
II. |
In the Clubhouse, jackets are not required Sunday through Thursday. On Friday and Saturday evenings, gentlemen are required to wear blazers or suit jackets in the Clubhouse. Jackets are not required for reservations in the Grill Room after 8:00 pm on Friday and Saturday. |
III. |
Bare feet permitted in locker rooms only. Flip flops are permitted in the Clubhouse before 6:00 pm. |
IV. |
Hats, caps, or
collarless shirts worn by boys or men, with the exception of children
participating in Junior Sports Camp, are not permitted in any area of the
Clubhouse. |
V. |
Tennis whites are permitted in the Clubhouse for Breakfast and Lunch service. Tennis whites are not permitted on the golf course or practice range.

VI. |
With regard to specific clothing, blue denim, crop tops, tank tops, racerback tops, casual t-shirts, swimwear, cargo shorts, cargo pants, short skirts/shorts, and other athletic clothing outside of the appropriate tennis and golf dress codes are not permissible in the Clubhouse, on the Golf Course or Range, and shall not be considered proper attire at any time.

Tennis Court Attire: |
I. |
WHITES ONLY on the tennis courts. The only color allowed is narrow trim or piping. |
II. |
Tops: Collars shirts for men, collared or collarless attire for women, children may wear all white tennis-type tee shirts (no lettering or logos other than WCC). |
III. |
Warm-Ups: Warm-up pants and jackets, if not white should be removed before play begins. |
IV. |
Shoes: All players (including children) must wear flat soled tennis shoes appropriate for clay surfaces. No running shoes or basketball sneakers permitted. Tennis shoes must be white. |
Pickleball Court Attire: |
I. |
Pickleball
attire includes all athleisure wear with no color restrictions. We ask
members to please keep in mind that if you do choose to play in your athleisure
wear, that you will need to change your outfit in order to enter the
clubhouse or back patio to meet the
WCC
dress code standards. |

Golf Course and Practice Range Attire: |
I. |
All persons are expected to be fully and properly attired whenever they are on Country Club property. |
II. |
Proper attire is required while at Westhampton Country Club,
particularly while on the golf course and practice range. All hats must be worn
with the bill always facing forward and gentlemen are required to remove their
hats when indoors. Denim, tank tops, racerback tops, casual t-shirts, swimwear,
cargo shorts, cargo pants, short skirts/shorts, and other athletic clothing are
not permissible on the Golf Course, Range, and in the Clubhouse, and shall not
be considered proper attire at any time. |
III. |
Collarless short-sleeved shirts will not be permitted on the golf course between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Men's shorts must be Bermuda (knee length) style. |
IV. |
Tennis whites are not permitted on the golf course or practice
range. Tennis whites are permitted in the Clubhouse prior to dinner. |
V. |
Proper footwear is required when utilizing the Golf Course or Practice
Facility. Flip flops are not acceptable footwear. |
VI. |
Female golfers shall wear reserved length skirts to be no shorter
than mid-thigh, Bermuda-length shorts, or slacks. Their shirts may be
sleeveless with a collar, or collarless with sleeves. |

Other: |
I. |
Use of cellular devices are not permitted in the Clubhouse- parking lots only. |
II. |
Liquor may not be brought onto Club property by members or guests at any time. |
III. |
Pets are not permitted in the Clubhouse or on the grounds of the Club including the Golf Course and Tennis area. |
IV. |
Parking in "NO PARKING" areas, careless or noisy driving on Club property, driving on Club service roads, and littering Club grounds are prohibited and subject to a fine. |
